Based in L.A., our client is one of the largest wholesalers of quality jewelry accessories. A market study by our client on online buying behaviour, established an existence of a sizeable market both in the B2B and the B2C categories. This new find made them take a re-look at their existing business strategy. They concluded that they needed to re-define their business model. Our client decided it was time to work with us to make their entire business online only; extending their market presence and driving internet based sales.
